Brothers fraudulently tookover share of father's property

I am writing this email in reference to dispute to property share We are 6 children to my parents. My father died in 2015 & Mother is there but they are afraid I have my parents property According to Sharia Law the property should be divided as 2 is to 1, where in my father wanted to give me a share . Unfortunately in the process of making a will he expired and there is no documentation of the same. I have studied only up to 6th std that to in village my brothers whom i trusted a lot took me to sub registered office with my two sisters and three brothers and my mother my 2 sisters are well settled but my family is in very poor condition and they have taken signs and thumb impression but i didn't know why they have taken signs after one year some third person told that our property has been divided and i have also signed and all my share have been given to my brothers Now when i speak to my brother about property signs they are telling that property can't give to me
