Brother not giving me share in father's property what can be done

My father is dead now,My mom is also dead at 2010. She worked so I got share from Her money. But me,my brother and dad contributed our share and bought one home and one land. Now it was in my brothers name. My dad just told everybody the land is to me. But it's in my late dad name. My brother is not giving the land and the land value money. Only giving certain amt. what could I do? There r 3 chits debt remaining for my dad. Should I share my fathers debt too?
