Brother in law is cheating on my sister they have a 24 year old girl

Catholic married. My sister got married to mr jaykumar in 1992. She has a daughter who is 24 yrs. But now we feel that he is cheating because he rarely comes home and says he is working in abroad.
Well, it is advised to ascertain whether he is in fact cheating or he has got himself into some kind of trouble. If he is indeed cheating, then your sister can file for divorce on the ground of adultery and desertion or cruelty even. However, if your sister and her husband want an amicable settlement they can separate through mutual consent under section 10A of the Indian Divorce Act, 1869.

He don't capable to maintain her wife or not happy with your sister ..he coming rarely ..not have love he is irresponsible..you discuss with your sister she is ready to give divorce to him ..she can and also ask for maintenance also if she is not working
