Breach of terms of maintenance mutual divorce

Divorced five years back. Wife and daughter being paid maintenance, breach of contract in many aspects, need to file for cancellation of maintenance. FIR filed for spouse for incorrectly attempting to taking minor daughter out of country even after putting application for restraining them for passport before move, still they were successful, giving misleading information to me with no actual information and amplified harassment. Misleading and incomplete information by her lawyer via speed post and emails. Need to file a case for Cancellation of maintenance as all attempts are made for not letting the daughter meet.divorced in ‘Tis hazari court.

Hello, Kindly visit my office with the copy of order and along with maintenance order, you can appeal court for not letting to meet your daughter as well as rejecting maintenance, whatever the information they are providing is to court or you?

Hi. if you can share a copy of the settlement arrived at between the two of you, then I can advise you better. however, until then it will not be possible to tell whether the agreement can be cancelled or not. let's sit and discuss the issue in detail and we can take it forward from there.
