BIGAMY IPC 494/495 FOR CHEATING HUSBAND AND HIS SECOND WIFE

Dear Sir,
I am a female aged 29 years. My Husband's (Aged 30Yrs) friend elder aged Girl (34Yrs), She was introduced to me by my husband. She was frequently visiting to our home and their behavior and activities are shown as Brother and Sister relationship in and out our family. I believed both of them, because of her age is 4 yrs higher than my husbands age. Now I shockingly know and confirmed that Both of them got married unknowingly to me and they have kids also, which I could not express my feelings in words. Both of them acts in-front of everyone and had a illegal relationship. Now I got legal Birth certificate of their kid.
Both of them cheated me and broke the trust i have with them. I have the evidences of their Brother-Sister relationship with witness.
Please advise me, What are the actions can be taken against my husband and her.
She knew that we are married. What are the actions can be taken against her for her cheating and worst behavior.

according to this issue you can lodge a police complaint in nearby all women police station with the help of an advocate against them with all related proofs. second you may file a petition before District social welfare officer against domestic violence act. for this they will be penalized.
