Bad Behaviour of wife with my old parents

I am married for 3 years and my wife behaves very badly sometimes with my old parents and create a ground to stay at her paternal home. We have 2.8 year old child who is also neglected and forcefully captured by her.
In some time she is very good with my parents but sometimes she is very bad and always points some issues. Her this type of behavior make me think if she mentally stable or not.
