What is tha punishment for avoided take care of family and children. It is a crime. Because they are free/ agInst from Response of family. They are escaping from their duties. So it is big crime and violence. Punishable activities. How to file a complaint? Want to Register complaint against the person through online.

It is not a criminal offense for neglecting to take care of family and children. However, the affected members can approach court for maintenance and the children can seek assistance for education as well. Therefore only petition seeking maintenance is maintainable and that also by appearing before court and not through online mode.
