You can solemnize marriage in Arya Samaj, but it will be better that you get your marriage registered before registrar of Marriage. It will be better for you , Once you are married I do not see any problem in your future married life. therefore if both are major , and are not disqualified to marry by virtue of any law the you can get your marriage registered .

no marriages are valid until they follow the legal procedure. Marriages done before Registrar are valid and if it is done in any other manner it must be registered with the Local authority. if you are planning marriage with the girl they duly apply before Registrar Marriage and do it with the procedure provided under the law.
