Am I legally bound to pay for my husband's individual debts

I have not cosigned for any debt loans taken by my husband. Husband is unable to pay the loan. Am I legally responsible for paying back the loan? I do not wish to pay back his loans. My husband does not have any assets of his own but I individually own a few properties.

You have to describe about the loan. if you are a co-borrower or guarantor or indemnifier, you should pay the loan. if either of your property is mortgaged, the property which is mortgaged is liable for recovery process.
