After my father's death my mother changed the ownership of home in my brother's name, now he is not

After my father's death my mother changed the ownership of home in my brother's name, now he is not looking after my mother. So is there any way my mother can change the ownership of home on her own name?? Please guide

Dear Queriest as per your query if after death of your father the property should be divided equally into all legal heirs, which you have not did, secondly if the ownership is just recorded in the society records then you can challenge the same and also you can file for Succession of the same. for your and your mother's share s right.
