After marriage can wife file case of atrocity against lower caste

I have a doubt about when I get married with scheduled cast girl than after marriage .her name & obviously her cast also change than can she got a right to atrocity or special legal power given by minority commission ?
Dear client, rights are given by the constitution on the birth basis, hence as her birth is in scheduled cast hence she is applicable to get all the benefits as well rights like as atrocity is with her, in govt.services she will be benefited cast reservation, but she cant apply those benefits for trouble to you and your family members as you have accepted her as your family member but your next generation will not get these benefits, if you are satisfied with this information please rate me , wish you all the best .thanks

the moment she married you and adopted your name and surname that very moment she gave up all her right under schedule caste. she cannot claim any right under the same. however she might be able to enforce certain right subject to certain exemptions.
