After 15months of crpc125 maintenance case,family court awarded 1/15 th of the husband's income which will be effective from the date of order not from the date of filing. Now itz about 2months of interim maintenance order. Can I file at high court challenging this. Then will current interim maintenance stopped ,how many days will it take.Will interim maintenance be from the date of filing so that some errier will come to survive as final maintenance is very low & when will be final maintenance nobody knows
