Can I adopt my brother's baby through adoption deed and how ?(Religion-Hindu)

Yes you can adopt your brother and there should be consent from both the parents. The procedure is to be followed and an application is to be moved in the children and guardian’s court. It depends ob various circumstances such as if you’re a single parent or a couple.

Yes you can adopt a child from your brother. That is done through an adoption deed and there’s a legal way to go ahead with adoption. A proper adoption deed would be prepared and the same would be registered with SDM.
