I have a child 6 year I want to remarry so want to know that my child legally custody to second spouse
Well, if you want to remarry after Divorce, then you can. As far as your child with first spouse is concerned, his or her responsibility can be taken care by the spouse if he or she agrees for it, in such a case, you need to win custody of your child from your first spouse along with your second spouse by filing an appropriate case before the concerned Family Court to seek Child Custody jointly with your second spouse.

If you remarry, your second spouse won’t automatically get custody of your child. If the other parent agrees or is deceased, adoption is possible. Without adoption, your second spouse can apply for guardianship in Family Court. You can also name them as a guardian in your will If custody is contested, the court will decide based on the child’s best interest.
