I did court marriage 1 year ago through arya samaj from up now. Recently, I got married with the family consent I am from haryana, and the girl is from rajasthan abb family members marriage certificate banwane ko bol rahe hai but unko hamari court marriage ke bare mei nahi pata hmm batana bi nahi chate apse yeh puchna tha ki abhi haryana mei marriage certificate ke liye apply karenge toh ban jayegi yah nahi? Or banwane gaye toh pata toh nahi chal jayega ki hama

Aapko marriage certificate banwane ke liye aaya samaj mandir certificate ko produce karne ki zarurat nahi. aapki jo ceremonial marriage hui hai, un details ke basis pe hi certificate ban jaega. Arya samaj ka zikra karenge to marriage certificate me aapki arya samaj mandir marriage ko mention kar jaega. aap mujhe phone kar sakte hain.

yes you can get the marriage certificate made from Haryana..There is no issues about that however you are required to file an affidavit that you have not been married earlier and hence you are required not to declare your earlier marriage
