Dear Sir/madam, meri pahli shadi se mujhe ek beti hai or mere pahle pati ki death ho chuki h mne mere pati ki death k baad meri beti k hak k liye aur shadi me diye huye gahne or cash vapis lene k liye case kiya tha tab mujhe pta chla ki mere pati ne mujhe Bina pta lgne diye apne hisse ki property apni ma k naam kraai Hui thi lekin court ne meri beti k bharan poshan k liye har mahine 7500 rupay Dene kraaye thay lekin char saalo me abhi tak mujhe na paise aur na gahne ya shadi me diye huye rupay mile hain aur mere sasur k khilaaf SHO k through warrent bhi Kate thay lekin mere sasur ki bhi death ho gayi...bahut samay beet gaya isliye mere ghrwaale ab chah rahe hain ki meri dusri shadi ho jaaye...Agar m kahi dusri shadi karti hu aur apni beti ko sath le kar jaati hu to kya tab bhi meri beti k hak ka case chalta rah sakta hai ya band ho jaayega plz btaaye

ap execution warrant ke liye apply kare pehle pati ke against and property. strict action lo. aise kisi ke bharose rehne se kuch nai hoga. apka abhi residential hak hai pehle pati ke ghar mei. dusri cheez agar ap parental family mei rehti ho dusri shaadi karna chahti ho. pehle pati ke rishtedaar maintenance denge. lekin wo beti par hak bhi jata sakte hai phir.
