About girl and boy court marriage problem

One girl and one boy go from the house for living their life together and one day police coach them and the age of girl is 18th and the age of boy 17th according to girl statement is that I gone with him without any problem and it was my permission and now I will not met with him in future just leave him and when both get 21 age can they marriage together would they face any problem because of that girl statement or not
Can they marriage
They can marry with each other as both are adult and can take their own decisions. They will not face any problem because of the girl statement as it has no value. Police is not authorized to take such type of undertaking from public persons.
