According to muslim law agar aurat ne dusri shaadi kar li to bache ki custody kise milengi maa ko ya baap ko aur maa k paas bache ki custody kitne Umar tak rehti hai ?

This is Advocate Imran Asgar Sayed. Please note that the custody of child purely depends upon the age and welfare of the child.
Usually girls custody till the age of puberty lies with the Mother. However if your wife has remarried you can have strong case to secure the custody in your favour showing welfare of child.
