A small enquiry regarding our inherited house, address issue..........

Our house had shares of my father and his brothers after everything my father bought the house by paying every brother his share. One of brother used to live here before paying him off his share, now he has taken another house and living there for 7 to 8 years now but they still have not changed their address on legal documents like adhaar card, pan card of their entire family, all of these documents were made after them shifting to another house but we are still wondering why they have not changed there addresses, i hope they are not planning anything against us.

hello as per your query your parents brother take his share but not change there address in documents in this case you has to take all thing which are settle in family matter in writing or may have problem in future. fir further help and legal guidance you can contact with me Adv jitender singh

for such apprehension you can seek an injunction order, against the person trying to enter into your property or even trying to sell it or dispose it off, from Civil Court where the property is situated. who is the registered owner I.e In whoes name the property is registered?
