498A on my mother ,sister and on me.we filed squash petition . Me and my wife stays saperately in Nandyal my mother and father stays in saperate house .my sister stays in Hubli. Only on fistival time she used to come to Nandyal.In squash petition my lawyer wrote my sister also staying in Nandyal AP, we askhim it's wrong my sister stays in Hubli .lawyer told we are filing squash from banglore if we mention your sister staying in Hubli the case goes to Darwad court near Hubli .my wife filed case in banglore .we try squash from banglore .is it true what my lawyer wrote and the reason he gave.please solve this.

hi where ever your sister stay it is nothing counts when the complaint was given by your wife in that place only high court jurisdiction you have to file the quash petion here your wife filed for in Bangalore so your sister should file quash petition in Bangalore only for further clarification you call at any time.
