498a matter one accused not coming to court what to do now

I filed 498a. Chargesheet was also filed on two members..now only A1 is attending appearance in court and status on court website is A2 summons pending... My question is what may be the reason behind pending of summons and will the trial start for A1 for will it wait till summons to A2 is served and appearance to A2 will start first
This will depend upon the presiding Magistrate. Generally charges need to be framed and all the accused when present at once is convenient for the Magistrate to frame charges. In your case it will depend on the case.
