498a case pending for decision/final argument.

Respected lawyers, My 498a case has been pending since last year. in August 2016 (last year) my lawyer told me that on 15th september 2016 judge will be hearing final arguments and will give a date for decision which will be within (1-2 week) of final arguments. But till today, my case is pending. I asked my lawyer many times about why the case is still running whereas you told me in Sep-2016 that it's going to be decided soon. He tells me that judge is hearing other (old pending cases) and we'll need to wait. There is no proceedings it seems and only dates and dates .... I am really disappointed as my life is kind of hanging in the middle because of this case. I can not move out for a better job. I want to know the actual reason behind why it has been delayed when all things were done last year. wht can be the reason 1. Has my lawyer taken bribe or money from other party? 2. Can judge be involved in similar thing/took money from other party? 3. How can I know the exact details
