498a/ 125 & Domestic violence filed by my wife

married in april 2011
in laws have 2 daughter elder is my wife, smaller one married in 2013 & divorced
wife didnt stayed continously, left my home in jan 2015,
till this time no complaint by her in any ps
oct 2015, i filed for divorce, they tried for 498a but failed
may 2016 in mediation & in court in my divorce petion we compromised & she came back with me in gurgaon
again left in oct 2016
march 2017 by chance they filed all 3 case 498a, dv & 125
in 498a we applied for fir quash in hc & got stay orders
nov 2017, again my wife in front of court settled & withdrawn case in dv & 125, dv case settled by lok adalat
498a didnt settled as she was not ready
we are trying to get quashed in jabalpur hc
its 1 year she didnt comromised here & still staying with her parents
till june 2018 i am giving money as per 125 & compromise leter
now today came to know from my parents, they have refiled for DV
what should be do at this point of time
should i file for divorce
Fit case for divorce on the ground of cruelty as the failure on her part to honour the compromise at various stages and continuously filling criminal complaints one after the other goes against her.
No use entering into compromise with such person who has made mind to just trouble you.
