17 years of marriage 1 son husband harassing me filed complaints

Sir. I married I got son. I stay in hyd. 17 yrs of marriage he harrasment me .I lodge complaints in women police station 4 times. They family relation are in police department. Compromise. Husband day by day harassing &left my home 9 months passed . I want take divorce from him.he agreed to Mutual understanding divorce after 6 months he turned up and say I want to stay with me . He nor do any job nor give maintain ce. He attack me on road try to kick me bricks and my son near college Kindly suggest me to how to go about to take divorc
This is suggestion only. You have to filed divorce case under ground of cruelty before the honble family court. Law is protect to womens alwalys you came out from depression. Pl contact your nearest advocate for proper remedy.

If you are not working lady , then you and your child will get maintenance from your husband. Minimum maintenance will be awarded by court even he is unemployed. Where he was during that 9 months. You file a case 498A IPC . At least in future you will not get harassment from him. If police not registering case then approach Women protection cell in Hyd. File a divorce petition in the court.
