Verbal Abuse. I got married 7months ago.marrige is not registered

Hi.. my bame os Swati Singh. I am 26 years old. I got married in November 19, 2019.. My husband is one year rlder than me.. He is 28 years old. After 40-45 days my husband verbally abuse me.. and the very next day he was soarry about doing this I cried but o accepted his sorry.. he accepts that he can not control his anger, doing is again after 1 week and again saying sorry. It had been 5-6 time in these 7 months.. uses very bad words i have never even heard about.. this timehe called me “Randi” i called my parents and now i am at my parents place.. i need suggestions what should i do.. i was an Independente working girl.. but my in laws don’t like so i left job before getting married.. please suggest..!!

first you have to complaint in your near Police station. After that you have to do with consult any advocate and 1 complaint also in woman cell...

File a domestic violence petition against your husband and in-laws and also lodge a FIR against them under section 498a amongst others. If you do not want to continue in this marriage, it is also open for you prefer a divorce petition after your marriage becomes one year old.
