Sucide Case With Two Children Due to Physically and Mentally Torcher

My sister committed sucide with her 2 children,there is 3 accused in which only one is arrested and rest are not arrested,how can we strong my case due to which accused can not get bail?
first and foremost thing would be filed a first information report against the accused. make sure that your first information report is drafted properly. half hearted first information report will always help accused to get bail and then and get free.
Further, make sure you give all the relevant and important information to the police, so that they can make proper investigation and file chargesheet against the accused.

you need to helo the police to find the other accused. secondly, you need to object to the bail applications filed by the accused in court by means of an intervention application through a lawyer. permission needs to be taken from the court to assist the prosecution and thereafter file your reaponse to the bail application.
