My wife has filed Domestic violence against me under section 25 from. I have filed case under section 9 to bring her back home from Pune. kindly confirm can she transfer the case from pune to Nagpur. If yes how she can do that and what would be the expenses required for this.
if your wife is now living in Nagpur she can get the case transfer from Pune to Nagpur by filing an application before the High Court.
