Dear Paris, if your wife has registered a fake dowry case in the nature of 498A and domestic violence case. Then at this stage you are required to give effective defence to the case. Contest the case and lead evidences which can negate any chances before the court that any violence or dowry case has happened.

if the wife files a case for dowry after seven years it will not be treated but you will have to take bail from court as its essential
