Hello sir, good evening..
My marriage has took place in the last year of November n from Jan of ds yr am in my parents home since my in laws n husband thrown me out of the house bcz I didn't started working n asked for money n gold..
So I filed case against dm under 498 case n nw I want to go back to my matrimonial house so how can I go back der?? They don't allow me bcz once I went to get my cloths back dt day also dey throwned my luggages out n i really don't know abt ds law n rights of a married woman bt nw I am getting little bit abt ds.. So please guide me how can I go back? Can I get any protection from police to go back? How? If they refuse to give any protection what should I do? If I go through court dn how many time it will take to get an order of residents in matrimonial house?
if you want to go back return then you have to file the restitution of conjugal rights perform their duties to configure duty then total pass the conjugal rights in then you can region with him otherwise you can not able to go through police station already file 498 case against him
