Filed 498a , DP section 3 and 4 and 506 against 6 family members

Filed 498a , DP section 3 n 4 and 506 against 8 family members who had tortured me. However 6 have filed for anticipatory bail in session court, will all the 6 get bail or only few get ?
Anticipatory bail depends upon various factors. 1.gravity of offence 2. prima facie case etc.. But you can move High Court for cancellation of bail if bail is granted by the court.

Sir/Madam, You have not mentioned about the facts of the incident. The court will look into the offence, where there is serious offence committed by the accused, the the court will refuse to grant bail. Usually 498A cases, the accused get bail with conditions.
