Sep 2019 me maine maintenance ka case file kiya tha jisme abhi tk maintenance decide nhi hua tha is bich 3 month ago ma or mere husband ek compromise ki application police station me de kr sath rhne lge but fir se ladai hone ki wajey se hum alag ho gay h kya us application ki wajey se mere court case pr koi effect padega
if you have mentioned all those incidents which has led to the domestic violence prior to the dates when the compromise happened then it will have effect. if you are again subjected to harrassment after the compromise and then if you have filed the case. Then it will make your case more strong.
