Can i loss job if wife put false dowry case

I am in government job fir more than 3 years, my marriage is for more than 2 years.
Now my wife is threaten by saying she and her family will put dowry case, domestic violence etc. She also not feel comfortable staying with me, when she is at home my parents house where my elder brother and his wife stay she make lots of fights. Nowdays she talks to her family and provoked them to file case. What should I do I am in tremendous mental pressure.
I am hindu.

If she has throughout been cruel to you in this marriage, you may approach the court to seek divorce from her on the ground of cruelty. This dispute, which needless to say is your personal matter, has nothing to do with the discharge of your official duties and hence, there’s no threat to your government job because of this.
