My wife file a false case of 498a against me. Can I file defamation case against my wife, after I have won 498a.
And what type of defamation this will be ? Civil or criminal ?
yes u can file a case now because of the case is not peov and now u r not. a accused of that filled section 498 it is a criminal case and first to u send a defection nothing v notice
