Can a wife file Crpc 125 after filing DV case.

My wife had filled a dv case in 2016. She was awarded a maintenance of Rs.15,000 and all other reliefs were rejected. Now she has filled Crpc 125 in family court for maintenance again. Can family court hike the maintenance amount which was given by CMM court. Or is it possible to quash this Crpc 125 by any way? Please reply
Yes but on the different ground not the same in dv there are several supreme court case laws which says that on same ground not two litigations if your payment sleep shows that you can bear more maintenance it it's possible that family court also grant it depends on how your advocate present it

yes she is filed maintenance case but it is quashed it is already maintenance awarded 15000 but she is right for maintenance if u want anything suggestions for any query and further proceedings u contact me in my office
