Wrong Spouse name in Sale deed

Hi experts please help.
My father gave his property via gift settlement to me (his daughter kiruthiga). In which in the settlement document my husbands name is wrong. we have missed to identify it during the registration. It states "Kiruthiga wife of Naveen Kumar" but my husbands name is "Naveen Raj" . My father passed away a year back. Now i want to take a loan with that property document. How should i proceed? What should i do to correct the husbands name?
As your father is no more now, rectification of the document is not possible. If your name is correctly spelt on it, there should be no difficulty in your taking a loan. You may file an affidavit stating your husband's correct name. It may serve the purpose.
