Wrong spelling in school certificates what options do i have

the info printed on my class 10 and 12 marksheets NAME:GORAV KASERA but in my graduation marksheets and degree NAME:GOURAV KASERA there is minor discrepancy in spelling of surname (GORAV and GOURAV) in filling govt job forms I use my spelling as per class 10 will this discrepancy lead to rejection at govt jobs? I can't get my graduation mark sheets amended as per class 10th now because it would take 6-7 months but I have to show original doc for govt verificatn in 1 month
As per the CBSE rules they are very reluctant to make changes in the marksheet, it is not admissible to change it. You can send an application to CBSE for change of name or else you can file a WRIT petition in the High Court for change in the. We advise you to ratify your name so that there is no confusing and problem in future.
