Will difference in parents name in marksheets stop me from getting job

Sir there is a little difference in my parents name in10,12 marksheet and graduation marksheet in 10 and 12th marksheet my father name is subash Panwar and mother name is rekha, and in my graduation marksheet it is Subhash Panwar and mother name is rekha Panwar. There is a 'H' in father name in graduation graduation marksheet and in mothers name there is the surname Panwar is there so iwant to know if it can cause any problem in getting a government job or it can be solved by an affidavit. Or any other way Because the name in my 10th 12th marksheet can't be ratified. ( I asked about it from a local person who do this kind of stuff). Or I should quit my dream to get a government job or there is any solution or I should go to court.
