Will change in name create a discrepancy in the legal heir certificate

The land is registered as w/o. in Kerala state in 1986. D married to R in Karnataka state and changed name as S without proper chanel. After 4 children she died.death certificate came as S.now how to transfer the document nameed d, to s's husband and 4 children.No legal documents there approving d and S same.? If we made legal heir certificate as S.is it OK for land transfer to their children.

Hi sir/madam,
As you said D has changed his name after marriage. Once after change in the name you can't get a legal heir certificate in the old name/D. Get the legal heir certificate by producing some documentary evidence like identity card/photo proof to sugg
est that D is S with affidavit.

What sort of question is this It makes no sense
registered as w/o. in Kerala state means what no name of the person n husband age address etc
D married to R in Karnataka state and changed name as S This type of using alphabets may suit to teach in class room with illustration
