What to do if my sister committed fraud to get admission in college

My father made OBC certificate by some broker in 2012 for admission of my sister in Delhi University .now some advocate put case on whole family member for cheating ..467 468 469 471 419 420. Saying your sister has occupied seat by false OBC cer. And direct court to do action ..mainly it's money making ..my father who's income docs used for OBC passed away this month ..now I don't know why that advocate put our names in this matter ..how to deal with it ??
First question is whether that advocate has locus standi to file case against you.
Second if yes your father and sister will prosecuted but in different sections.
Same section will not apply on both.
