What to do if a will is not registered

A will was registered in 1996. But not deposited in the official office. It was said to be invalid by 3 lawyers. Also invalid based on the Indian succession act. Will the court give a judgement that it is an invalid Will now? The will had 2 witnesses, and an executor.
