What is the validity of M.Sc. degree from KSOU?

I am student of KSOU admitted in 2013-14 for M.Sc. Computer Science at one of the authorized study centre of Karnataka State open University in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. I completed all four semesters, went through university exams and got marksheets for first 3 semester and waiting for marksheet of 4th semester. But unfortunately after 4th semester exam I came to know that UGC has withdrawn the recognition of KSOU after 2012. I paid complete fee of Rs. 40,000/- (Rs. 10,000/- per semester), Completed all assignments, internal and practical exams and university exams. Now the study centre is not responding to us properly saying that the university is closed all study centres. I am working as an Assistant professor at B.Ed. college, Jalgaon, Maharashtra and in urgent need of my post graduation degree to be permanent. I passed my M.Ed., NET and SET in Education subject and doing Ph.D. but without post graduate degree all my previous degrees are of no use. What is the solution?
