What is the process to get a POA

i am purchasing a land in lucknow. the property is on the name of one lady and her fice daughters. Now to get the POA registered from all of them, do they all have to come at one place and and get it registered? the problem is that all the 5 sisters are not there in lucknow, what is the process to get the POA.
A power of attorney (POA) or letter of attorney is a written authorization to represent or act on another's behalf in private affairs, business, or some other legal matter, sometimes against the wishes of the other.
If you wish to purchase such property you should do it through a registered sale deed. In case the property is in the name of a lady and five daughters the all the daughters will have to sign such sale document or the daughters can give POA to any one of the co-owner to execute the sale deed.
