What is the process for obc certificate address change

Sir,I was a resident of a district from where my obc certificate was issued.But presently I'm a resident of another district.So if I need a new certificate prescribed by Govt of India format what would be address in the new certificate; previous adderess or present address as I have to submit income certificate from present address.please help.

As you are a resident in another district you should tag your original address as well as ask the local councilor to ascertain your stay in another district and thereafter get an affidavit from a first class magistrate too.

Kindly note that if you are residing in your present address for more than one year in that event you may seek change of address by surrendering the previous certificate to the related department for issuance of a fresh certificate showing your present residential address and for the same you have to submit necessary address proof document as may be required from the end of the authority who is going to grant you the OBC Certificate of the New District where you presently resides. Hence it is better to have a new certificate showing your present address in the format by attaching all the requisite documents as required under the said application.
