What is the procedure to register a clinic

I would like to know the authority to whom the clinical establishment must be registered in Maharashtra and what are the mandatory compliances
The clinical establishment act has presently not been brought in force in the state of Maharashtra and is still pending. Once this Act is brought into force the clinical establishment would have to be registered under such Act . Pending that it is necessary to understand what kind of clinical establishment you plan to set up so that we can advise whether registration under other Acts are necessary or not.
