What is the procedure to get educational trust registered

Hello Sir, I am running a primary school (from NSY to Fifth standard) having a strength of 75 students in Haiderpur Delhi - 110088. Now I am looking to register an educational trust for this school. Can you please assist me about the procedure and formalities for the same. Thanks Sonu
an educational trust can be registered either as a company under the companies act or as a society as a society under the societies registration act. for a company, you need to have the requisite documents in place and file with the registrar of companies. for a society, you file with the registrar of societies. it is simpler to register a society, so opt for that.
