What is the procedure to change date of birth in passport legally

sir,my passport date of birth stating 20/01/1989,which was wrong, my original birth date is 27/07/1992,voter,aadar,pan,SSC mark list all are perfect,my elders and agent done this,passport is expired and never used, I want to change date of birth in passport is it possible pls guide.
You need to apply for a re-issue of a passport in your name with relevant documentation. For change of date u can submit any of the following documents-school certificate, pan card, aadhaar card, DL, voter id etc.

Do you have birth certificate issued by municipal authorities? If yes and your secondary school examination certificate has the correct date of Birth, you can apply for fresh passport with correct date of birth and you will get the new passport with correct date of birth. Declare the old passport as well in the fresh passport application.
