What is the procedure to apply for domicile and OBC caste certificate

Mere pass Aadhar card Pan card Bank pass book is available bank Account. Open is 2008 But U. P. Branch. What is possible Domicile and. CENTRAL OBC certificate. PLZ. Help

You have not mentioned the place where you currently reside. You further need a Domicile and a OBC Certificate, which you can get.
