What is the eligibility of OBC creamy layer

hello sir, We belong to Teli caste in M.P, which is OBC in M.P. > My father retired officer MMGS 3 from bank on 31.12.15, now he is pensioner, his pension is about 4.12 lac and interest and other income 5.13 lac ( non regular).as on FY 16-17. >He was direct recruited as clerk in October 1980. > He is promoted as officer in December 1996 at age of 41. My position looking above facts, l come to creamy layer / non creamy layer. I want age relaxation in job. Your guidance in the matter is solicited with relative section of the act. Please reply as soon as possible so that I can decide to fill ibps exam form. We have not taken any benefit of OBC earlier.
उसकी सीमा अब 9 लाख कर दी गई है अभी कुछ दिन पहले ही सरकार द्वारा यह परिवर्तन करा है एक बार ओर आप चेक करले अगर ऐसा है तो आप एग्जाम दे सकते है उसमें आपको आयु की भी छूट मिल जाएगी और आप ओबीसी केटेगरी का लाभ भी ले पाओगे।
