What all Documents are to be checked in purchasing resale flat

Hi I am going to purchase a resale flat in greater noida west.i want to know the documentation which needs to be done .what all docs I have to tAke from seller Pls help me in creating a checklist.
That would depend on whether you are buying the flat from a private party or from a builder or from a municipal corporation, i.e. from the government.
If it is a private party then you should have a thorough title search conducted as several properties are disputed. And then,
You should ask the seller for the following documents and go through them before purchasing the flat : Blue print of the plan from the builder, commencement certificate, completion certificate, permission for non-agricultural use of land,NOC-No Objection certificate from Revenue Authority, Previous sale deeds in case of resale, possession certificate, occupancy certificate, society related documents, utility bills and tax receipts.
