Want to know about pre marriage relationship commitment

Hi Sir, I am an IT guy, please let me know about the logical pen n paper procedure to make a deal or commitment in such away that both side will be bounded to accept the liability and breach of commitment must be under a punishable offence. I am suppose to establish a stable sounded situation to breathe in a relationship with desired person without any interference and with a logically true way. If anyone pay any heed attention to my query that is a gift from humanity.
As per your query, it is recommended that you sign a valid contract with the person you are looking forward to making a commitment/ deal with. Once you sign a contract both the parties will be liable to fulfil their duties established under the contract and if my breach of contract occurs you can file a suit for breach of contract against the person.
